We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER ITALY M/F on permanent contract to join our 4-strong Italy division.

JOB DUTIES​

Your role: As Business Developer for Italy, you will be in charge of our sales development in your dedicated area. Reporting to our Italy Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team.

Your main missions :
– Develop the Italian market: You will be responsible for promoting SPASH solutions to Padel, Futsal and other sports clubs.
– Prospect and build loyalty: From initial contact to product demonstrations, you’ll follow up your customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
– Create solid partnerships: In collaboration with our marketing team, you will identify levers to boost SPASH’s reputation in Italy.
– Contribute to sales projects: Thanks to your feedback from the field, you will participate in the evolution of our offers to better respond to market needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE​

Education : Higher diploma in sales, marketing or management.

Experience : Initial experience as a sales or business developer is required.

Language : You must be fluent in Italian. The position also requires travel, so a driving license is essential.

Sports culture : An affinity with sport is a plus for understanding the needs of your contacts, but no pressure if you’re not an athlete!

Desired qualities : Perseverance, listening skills, ability to build relationships and a taste for challenges.

LOCATION​

Your position will be based in Lyon: 50 rue Jean Zay, 69800 Saint-Priest, France.
