An innovative Lyon-based start-up specializing in sports technology, SPASH offers video and statistical solutions for a wide range of sports (soccer, padel, tennis, badminton, basketball, etc.).

Against this backdrop of strong growth, we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER ITALY (permanent contract).
JOB DUTIES
Reporting to your manager in charge of the Italy zone, you will work as part of an international sales team of 6 people, with the possibility of adding new members in the short and medium term.
Your main tasks :
- Prospecting in your geographical area: You will be responsible for marketing SPASH offers in Italy. The activities to be developed are mainly focused on Padel and Futsal centers. Your time will be divided between prospecting, developing your pipe, demonstrations to customers, and following up offers and their implementation in the field.
- nnovation of partnerships with sports companies in your area: In liaison with the marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for proposing ways to help develop the company’s business in your area.
- Follow-up and re-engagement of your customer base: With a view to building customer loyalty, you will closely monitor your customers to respond to their needs and desired developments, as well as to the quality of service.
- Participate in joint projects on sales dynamics: your feedback from the field will contribute to the creation of new offers and the development of existing offers in line with the expectations of the market you are addressing. You will also be in regular contact with other business developers in France and abroad.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE
Diploma: You have a higher diploma related to business.
Experience: Ideally, you have initial experience as a Sales/Business Developer. However, we are open to a junior profile. You must be fluent in Italian. As the position involves travel, a valid driving license is required. In order to better understand the needs of your market, you will have a sports background.
Profile: Perseverant, adaptable and able to achieve your goals. You also enjoy taking on challenges. A good listener, you have good interpersonal skills enabling you to adapt to different contacts.
LOCATION
Your position will be based in Lyon: 50 rue Jean Zay, 69800 Saint-Priest, France.
SALARY
Between €40,000 and €70,000 gross per year to be confirmed, depending on profile
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– Open-ended executive position
– Fixed salary negotiable according to experience + uncapped variable with bonus system
– Position located at Saint-Priest head office
– Telecommuting (2 days per week)
– Regular international travel (within your geographical area, 3/5 days per month)
– Benefits: company telephone and PC included / RTT (reduced working hours)
– Training: In order to prepare you as effectively as possible for your work in the field, you will be accompanied by your manager for the first few weeks in order to train you in SPASH products, presentations and culture. You will have the opportunity to attend several customer demonstrations with experienced SPASH sales people.
