SPASH is the Lyon-based start-up that connects sports! With a strategy based on new technologies, including artificial intelligence, we offer a unique experience to amateur and professional players, enabling them to relive and share the highlights of their matches, as well as analyze their performances thanks to videos and statistics.

SPASH is a company of 40 people, with triple-digit growth over the past 4 years and, above all, a company where people feel good!

Today, we’re recruiting a Customer Support Technician to join our 3-person support team. This key role enables us to guarantee our customers exceptional customer service, while ensuring that their technical requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

JOB DUTIES​

Your missions :
– Provide day-to-day support: respond to customer queries by telephone and/or e-mail, and resolve technical problems in line with SLAs (touch interfaces, servers, cameras, web and mobile applications, etc.).
– Help our customers get the most out of our products: provide simple, practical solutions to technical problems.
– Support and advice: help our customers make the most of our tools and software, while remaining close to their needs.
– Follow up requests: ensure customer satisfaction and follow up requests until they are fully resolved, by communicating actively with all stakeholders (customers, software and hardware teams, sales teams).
– Teamwork: collaborate with other team members to constantly improve our support, solutions and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE​

This position is for you if :
– You have a first successful experience in customer support in a technical environment (software company ideally). You also have an interest in technology and a desire to discover new tools and software.
– You have a strong sense of customer service and are able to communicate with patience and clarity.
– You are dynamic, responsive and enjoy solving technical problems efficiently.
– In our international context, you are fluent in spoken and written French and English (B1/B2 level minimum). Italian is a real plus in view of our growth in Italy.

LOCATION​

Your position will be based in Lyon : 50 rue Jean Zay, 69800 Saint-Priest, France.

Working hours : Daytime work with on-call duty: You will be required to work variable hours with an on-call system (between 9am and 10pm on weekdays and between 10am and 8pm at weekends).

Job location : On-site, telecommuting possible

Conditions and remuneration :
– 35 hour permanent contract
– Remuneration according to profile and experience
– 50% of commuting expenses covered
