We are looking for a : COUNTRY/REGIONAL MANAGER BENELUX (permanent contract)

JOB DUTIES

Your role: As Country/regional manager for the Benelux zone (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), you will be responsible for driving our sales development in your dedicated zone.

Your main missions :
– Develop the Benelux market: You will be responsible for developing the company’s strategy in the assigned region. You will also have to adapt the company’s global strategy to local specificities (cultural, economic, legal).
– Prospecting and building loyalty: From initial contact to product demonstrations, you will follow up your customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction. You’ll be in charge of analyzing and reporting data and KPIs to head office and the International Sales Division.
– Create solid partnerships: In collaboration with our marketing team, you will identify levers to boost SPASH’s reputation in Benelux, by identifying strategic partnerships.
– Contribute to sales projects: Thanks to your feedback from the field, you’ll be involved in developing our offers to better meet market needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

Education : Higher diploma in sales, marketing or management.

Experience : More than 2 years’ post-study experience as a sales or business developer is required. Ideally, you are developing or have already developed the Benelux region.

Language : You must be fluent in Dutch. The position also requires travel, so a driving license is essential.

Sports culture : An affinity with sport is a plus for understanding the needs of your contacts, but no pressure if you’re not an athlete!

Desired qualities : Perseverance, listening skills, ability to build relationships and a taste for challenges.

LOCATION

Your position will be based in Lyon: 50 rue Jean Zay, 69800 Saint-Pries, France.

SALARY

Between €35,000 and €70,000 gross per year to be confirmed, depending on profile
